Keith Kepler

He is rather cruel and callous, willing to use bomb dogs as part of his assassination plan, ordering his followers to kill Anya when she overhears his plans, and willing to kill other Ostanian citizens as collateral damage from his explosive trap. Keith can be described as a xenophobe who views his nation as superior than its neighboring country Westalis and has no hesitation to start a war alongside his other conspirators. Keith also has an intense tenacity, doing everything he could to ensure that his assassination plot and overall goal to return Ostania to its "former glory" succeeded, no matter how many obstacles stood in his path. Even after all of his comrades were captured and he himself was almost caught by agents, he continued on with his plans, even if he had to do it alone.

Keith is a tall and slim young man with messy black hair and a tall build. He wears a coat with a vest, a regular white shirt tucked inside, and black pants.
