Kaori Shirakawa

Kaori Shirakawa is the Student Council president. She is cold and calculating and has no reservations towards using underhanded tactics or ruining the school lives of other students to get her way. Her corruption is no secret to the members of the Second Newspaper Club, and their frequent attempts to expose her corruption put them at odds with her.
