Kaizou

Kaizou is a walrus and No. 3 of the Ushimitsudoki Aquarium. He performs tricks in the show by the pool usually. When transformed, he wears a goggle-like mask. His whiskers become a large mustache and his flippers become hands. He is also a lot larger than his original form and wears black shorts and geta shoes.
