Jeanne

She was the student council vice-president in the Magic University during the term of Warren's presidency. Her nickname, The Lightning Flash, came from her fighting style of enveloping herself with lightning and moving at high speeds. After graduating from the University, she joined the Magic Guardians and eventually became a commander of a unit. No voice actors have been added to this character.
