Hibiki Nekozuka

Hibiki belongs to the Engineering Club of Millennium Science School. Despite being unsociable and unsophisticated in speech, she exhibits a prominent natural ability in engineering and has invented many marvellous objects. Her inventions are practically without flaws and while it wouldn't be too much to call them masterpieces, they always include at least one bizarre feature that leaves their users bewildered.
