Haruo is Mako's childhood friend and also her love. Haruo has not only had one girlfriend, but tons of others. This alwasy makes Mako sad, but Haruo always goes back to his chilhood friend and says "lets go". That's what makes Mako happy that even though he made plans with his girlfriends, he still goes back to her. He's somewhat a playboy. No voice actors have been added to this character.
