Guercy

The French ambassador to England, and Durand's old friend. Guercy is a bit of a drunkard, and his loyalty appears to go to whoever pays him the largest amount of gold. He does not carry much pride for his country, though he does keep a sentimental painting of Versailles above behind his work desk.
