Gramps

An unnamed elderly man, who is referred to as Gramps, is the owner of a candy shop in Asakura. Hibaru usually pays candy he collects from him as "protection money". He survives the meteor strike, remaining positive despite his shop being destroyed. After the defeat of the Colossal Blade Arm and Steel Shell Users, he is seen giving candy to Hibaru as payment for the Hawk Faction's hoarded supplies and immediately celebrates with everyone.
