Fake Fuusuke

A bald old man who pretends to be Fuusuke among the imposters. In reality, he is the leader of a circus group, a ringmaster that lost his audience due to the war. He and his assistants pretend to be the Ninkus to get money and food more easily due to this crisis, and despite that, he is a good person.
