Face Ripper was a sadistic monster, taking pleasure in taking people's faces. He was also quite arrogant, boasting about his abilities and taunting Genos.

Face Ripper was a large humanoid monster with stitched faces covering his entire body. He had black sclera and a sinister smile. In the anime, Face Ripper is colored like human flesh, making him appear to be made out of pepperoni.
