Ernest Serano

He is the president of genomic which is developing micro-machines. Serano pioneered the Micromachine industry and was the first company to file a patent for a MM treatment of Cyberbrain Sclerosis. Serano received funds from the government to compensate for the loss of stock from the Laughing Man. Serano later admitted that the patent for the treatment was premature and that the Micromachines they developed to treat the disease were ineffective. Serano was assassinated before being able to testify. Their corporate headquarters are located in Holland.
