A student of Saint Noelle Academy and close friend of Mia Luna Tearmoon. She is the daughter of Macro Forkroad, the owner of Forkroad & Co. Chloe is a very knowledgeable girl, and also a bookworm, which is the main reason Mia was drawn to her.
