Chiaki Kon

Kon Chiaki is a transfer student in episode 19 of the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai specials. She's extremly shy and nervous during her introduction. Kon Chiaki is also the anime director who directed Higurashi no Naku Koro ni / Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai adaptations.
