Celestine Lucullus

Goddess Larentia, reborn as a High Elf. She created an order of knights made up of young women leaders of different nations. She gave them each a castle and made them princess-knights. She was declared queen of an allied state formed to protect the continent's territories from monsters and dark elves. She has no combat skills. Celestina is highly respected by the villagers. When Volt captured Celestina, he kept her title of queen. At the end of the story, she admits that she had the power to defeat Walt, but for some reason chose not to.
