Captain

The Captain was a character of the day who appeared in A Shipful of Shivers. He is a former winner of the Orange League who won the event using his Gastly and Haunter over 300 years ago. He used to sail a delivery ship, going from island to island and delivering things to other islands. One night, 300 years ago, the ship was caught in a terrible storm and sunk. (Source: Bulbapedia)
