As noted by Matthew McMahon, he approaches assassination like a business, prioritizing profit and negotiation, even attempting to strike financial deals with his enemies in the middle of combat. Despite his pragmatism, the Leader adheres to a strict professional code. He takes pride in his work and enforces discipline among his fellow assassins, as seen when he executed one who proposed indiscriminately killing women and children aboard Princess Lorelei and stated that their trade relies on trust rather than senseless violence. The Leader is also highly driven, remaining committed to completing his contract even after being seriously wounded and forced to retreat. However, his sense of camaraderie is ultimately conditional. When confronted with betrayal during Snoops's attempt to abandon the mission and eliminate everyone else, the Leader quickly turns on his former ally, revealing his desire to survive beneath his composed and professional demeanor.

The Assassin Leader is a tall and slim man with black hair styled in a buzz cut and olive green eyes. He has a bit of stubble from his sideburns to his chin. The Leader wears rimless glasses and has two earrings in his left ear: one on the earlobe and a stud earring above it. He also wears a gray turtleneck under a black suit, which has a pen in its breast pocket.
