Hiiragi is an MMA all-rounder who joined Shachihoko Gym. His studies in the medical field help him fight in MMA because of his knowledge of bone structure and anatomy. Hiiragi's fight with Aoba scarred his memory. He now holds a grudge against Aoba. Hiiragi's father disapproves of MMA. He believes it will get in the way of Hiiragi's future career as a doctor.
